Fuel Supply and Purchase for Government Vehicles

Ministries/extra-ministerial offices and other arms of government are to enter reasonable agreements with petrol dealers for fuel supply on a monthly credit basis. As much as possible, cash fuel purchases should be limited to touring duties and emergency cases where supply is not immediately available from the regular supplier.
