Lagos State Public Procurement Agency — Establishment, Functions and Powers

The Law establishes the Lagos State Public Procurement Agency as a body corporate. Its functions include reviewing monetary benchmarks, approving procurement policies and guidelines, monitoring prices and contracts, publishing procurement information, maintaining contractor databases and supporting capacity building. It may inspect transactions, enforce compliance, investigate breaches and recommend sanctions.
