Public Procurement Governing Board — Composition and Proceedings

The Governing Board is established with the Commissioner for Finance as Chairman and specified members. The Law regulates tenure, cessation, meetings, quorum of five including the Chairman, voting, co-option, vacancies, validity of proceedings and disclosure of members' interests.
