Procurement Planning Committee

Each procuring entity is to establish a Procurement Planning Committee comprising the Accounting Officer or representative as Chairman, heads of departments/units, head of procurement as Secretary, and representatives of planning/research/statistics, technical personnel and legal function as applicable.
