Protected Places and Restricted Recording

Appendix 4 prohibits specified prejudicial conduct involving protected places, including entry, inspection, recording, interference and possession of related material. During a constitutional emergency, the President may also prohibit unauthorised photography, sketching or recording of specified defence-related things.
