Medical Records Confidentiality

Medical certificates, reports of Medical Boards, dental treatment records, reports of private practitioners and confidential health reports mentioned in Chapter 8 are to be treated as strictly confidential. Copies may be released only to another Service of Government to which an officer has been transferred.
